Swimming Teacher Opportunity
We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons that meet the needs of our students
- Use technology to track student progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
- Ensure the safe provision of equipment and adherence to safety standards
- Identify and encourage students to reach their full potential
- Develop and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
- Create a positive and fun learning environment
- Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for swimming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate students
- Perseverance and patience
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
