Swimming Teacher Opportunity
We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team in Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway.
About the Role:
As a Swimming Teacher with We Are Swim, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years. You will work closely with our team to create a fun and engaging learning environment that inspires children to develop their swimming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the needs of our swimmers
- Use technology to track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
- Ensure safe provision of equipment and adherence to safety standards
- Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
