Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Managed Infrastructure Services offering, IBM Power Platform, and related customer strategies and challenges.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and global roadmaps for new branded solutions and services.
  • Partner with Service, Product, and Innovation teams to prioritize and release new features based on customer needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to execute product roadmaps.
  • Champion new ideas and concepts to create engaging content based on market trends and product categories.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to plan and execute product marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project management responsibilities, including planning, executing, communicating, and maintaining products.
  • Work with the Web team to review SEO and paid advertising efforts to keep our website competitive for the MIS portfolio.
  • Communicate with marketing team members and Sales Enablement team to coordinate and communicate future releases and upgrades.
  • Audit content to ensure sales and marketing materials are up to date and consistent with the message and offering.
  • Build relationships with the internal salesforce, listening to and extracting field experiences to generate new strategies.
  • Partner with Demand Generation on go-to-market strategies and campaign reporting, utilizing intent tools to assist lead generation and funnel conversions.
  • Uphold Global marketing team standards within European headquarters by supporting regional requests.
  • Maintain inventory of printed collateral, giveaways, and apparel in European headquarters.
  • Attend European sales meetings and huddles as needed as a representative of the global marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in product marketing.
  • A self-starter who can work independently.
  • Task-oriented with a drive to take things over the finish line.
  • Ability to adapt and be resourceful in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker who looks to find new ways to do things.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
