Key responsibilities will include providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to students, assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions, and working both inside and outside the classroom to ensure students' academic and personal growth. This role also offers opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and the chance to work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment.
