**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Graduate SEN Support Specialist to join our team at a highly rated Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, providing individualised support and guidance to promote their engagement and academic progress.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience of working with students with SEN and SEMH needs. A genuine passion for supporting young people and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

**Salary:** £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
