Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager at Oxford University

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of a new service that will support graduate students in finding accommodation within the University and across all colleges.
The Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager will work closely with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service in Estates to ensure that students have access to suitable accommodation when their own college is full.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategy for the growth and improvement of the service
- Work with stakeholders to identify and address the challenges faced by students in finding accommodation
- Report to college and University committees on the performance of the service and propose ideas for growth and improvement
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to develop strong working relationships and promote a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in student accommodation or a related field
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students in finding accommodation
- Ability to develop and implement a strategy for growth and improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment
