Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager at the University of Oxford. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a new service that will support graduate students in finding accommodation across the University and its colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service to ensure students can find suitable accommodation when their college is full.
- Report to college and University committees on the performance of the service and propose ideas for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including students, colleges, and University departments.
- Establish and implement robust standards and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the service.
- Promote a culture of customer service and continuous improvement within the service.
- Proven experience in student accommodation, including insight into the challenges faced by students.
- Motivation to develop and grow the service in line with the needs of the University and its colleges.
- Ability to engage with and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Desire to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence.
