Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager at Oxford University

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of a new service aimed at supporting graduate students in finding accommodation within the University and across all colleges.
The Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager will work closely with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service in Estates to ensure that students can find suitable accommodation when their own college is full.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow the service and improve the student experience
- Work with stakeholders to identify accommodation needs and develop solutions
- Report to college and University committees on service performance and propose ideas for growth and improvement
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to develop strong working relationships and promote a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in student accommodation or a related field
- Strong understanding of student needs and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
