Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager at Oxford University

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of a new service that will support graduate students in finding accommodation within the University and across all colleges.
The Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager will work closely with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service in Estates to ensure that students can find suitable accommodation when their own college is full.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of student accommodation, including the challenges faced by students, and will be able to engage multiple stakeholders and develop strong working relationships.
The role will involve reporting to college and University committees on the performance of the service and proposing ideas for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategy for the Collegiate Accommodation Service to meet the needs of graduate students
- Work with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service to ensure that students can find suitable accommodation
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including students, colleges, and University departments, to develop strong working relationships
- Report to college and University committees on the performance of the service and propose ideas for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement robust standards and KPIs to measure the performance of the service
- Thorough understanding of student accommodation, including the challenges faced by students
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and develop strong working relationships
- Experience of developing and implementing strategies to meet the needs of students
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
