Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest ingredients and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Conduct regular food quality audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels and waste management.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
