Job Title: Support Staff for SEND Department
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to support students in our SEND department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND
- Assist teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
