SEND School Support Worker

About the Role:You will work with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs. This will involve developing strategies to help them manage their behaviour and achieve their potential.
- This is a full-time position.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties.
- Develop strategies to help students manage their behaviour.
Requirements:
- A clear DBS, or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience within SEND or Support Work roles.
- Confidence in behaviour management.
