Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Gynaecology Ward team at The Portland Hospital for Women & Children in London.
About the Role:
As a Staff Nurse in our Gynaecology Ward, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to women undergoing surgical or medical termination of pregnancy. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical termination of pregnancy.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Course/experience relevant to the specialist area (desirable)
- Phlebotomy training (desirable)
- Flexibility to respond to the needs of the department
