Paediatric Physiotherapist in Immunology and Cancer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic paediatric physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The successful candidate will have a special interest in paediatric immunology and cancer, and will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake comprehensive assessments of paediatric patients with immunological, stem cell therapy, and cancer-related conditions.
- Develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans to promote good health and wellbeing in children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and students.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Health Professions Registration.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) maintained in portfolio.
- Knowledge and understanding of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and relevant Clinical Interest Groups.
- Broad grounding in physiotherapy within an NHS setting.
- Considerable post-graduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
- Highly specialised knowledge in paediatric physiotherapy with expertise in immunology and cancer.
