We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our busy office team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our colleagues and directors, working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering queries, creating and amending documents, and maintaining databases.
  • Managing the office inbox, filing and copying documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the team with diary management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
