- Previous experience within financial administration services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Decisive, accountable, and able to act under own initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Confidence and ability to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel & Teams.
- Obtain and process policy documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Undertake reporting and administration for policy amendments, lapse, or maturity, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Handle premium payment and reconciliation, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with general team or ad-hoc tasks and participate in internal projects, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus an incredible company bonus scheme which can see your OTE increase by an average of £15,000 per annum.

- Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home once trained, with a training period of approximately 3 months.
- Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm, with flexibility to adjust working hours to suit individual needs.
- Dress down in office, unless clients are visiting, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
- Parking at office on a rota basis, with a focus on convenience and accessibility.
