About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Change Implementation Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects across operational areas, IT, and general processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing robust plans to deliver change projects
  • Championing business thinking approaches to consider processes across the entire customer and sales journey
  • Stakeholder management to bring together various stakeholders and engage them in the challenge
  • Providing program-level status reporting for all projects, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues

Requirements:
  • Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully
  • A strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
