Project Manager for Family Hubs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our Family Hubs team, you will play a vital role in developing and managing projects that support parents, carers, babies, children, and young people across our family hub sites and the network of community services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, administration, and management, with experience working across organisations and teams. They will be responsible for developing and managing project policies and tools, cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, and preparing and delivering written and verbal communications to a range of audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project strategies, implementation plans, and performance metrics
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communication with stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain project policies and tools
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community groups and service providers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Knowledge of health and social care systems, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by families and communities
