Barista - Food and Beverage Event Operations

We are seeking a skilled Barista to play a key role in our food and beverage event operations at Searcys at AO Shearman LLP. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients at Lavanda Restaurant, Bar, and our exclusive Partners' Lounge.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food to our clients
- Take orders and provide excellent customer service
- Promote new products and services
- Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle payments and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Assist managers with food and drinks preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
We are looking for a candidate with excellent client service experience, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential. You should be reliable, able to work well within a team, and have good organisational skills.
