Sales Development Lead

Scale I/O, a cutting-edge fintech company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Lead to drive sales growth and lead generation. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the payments industry, and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A proficiency in CRM tools, such as Hubspot, is also essential. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this dynamic and innovative environment, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, including partnerships, marketing, customer success, integrations, and others, to drive commercial success. About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with marketing on account list building, qualification, scoring, and prioritisation
- Evaluate ICP fit and revenue potential Contact potential customers, set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals Collaborate with the commercial and revenue team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use Hubspot (CRM) to manage leads and sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
