At AJ Community Care, we are looking for a highly skilled Learning Disabilities Support Professional to join our team in Wetherby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to work with adults who have complex and diverse needs.
About the Role:- Support individuals with complex and diverse needs in a learning disabilities service.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months experience in social care in the UK and be able to live within realistic commuting distance of Holmfirth. A fully flexible Support Worker position is available at £11.64 - £13.65 per hour.
