Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products, suggesting sales, and providing product information to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
