Role Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service - Personal Banker. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in assisting our esteemed branch clientele, guiding them towards achieving their financial aspirations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive discussions to comprehend our customers' needs and assist them with their banking inquiries.
  • Process standard banking requests including payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
  • Educate customers on the various banking methods available and the comprehensive range of services we provide.
  • Spot opportunities to assist customers with straightforward financial products and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Working Hours
  • Full-time position
  • Permanent contract
  • Typically, your hours will align with branch operating times, which include Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays.

Compensation

Salary: £24,750 per annum (pro rata for hours worked).

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive contributions to help you save for retirement. You can select from a variety of protection, healthcare, or lifestyle benefits through our flexible reward program. Enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days (pro rata for hours worked), with the possibility of working on Bank Holidays.
