**Team Member**

**Team Member Job Responsibilities.**

**Your day will be spent right in the thick of it, we hope you can channel some of the boundless energy from our customers best friends (their pets) as your time will be split between the coffee shop and dog park.**

**Day to day duties include;**

**Customer Service**

**House keeping duties**

**Prepare and sell barking good hot and cold drinks.**

**Generate revenue by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products.**

**Keeping stock replenished throughout the day.**

**Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.**

**We are looking for someone who will provide a warm welcome to our customers providing them with the service we believe our customers deserve.**

**Team Member Requirements.**

**Experience in retail and customer service is preferred.**

**Experience of working with dogs is preferred.**

**Barista training desirable.**

**Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.**

**Exceptional listening and communication skills.**

**Be prepared to be on the go all day.**

**Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.**

**This is a weekend vacancy - Part time on 13.5 hours a week.**

**A polite, engaging personality with a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.**

**Ability to work under own initiative.
