Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the industry, supporting their customers and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing general reception services and managing the front desk area.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and emails in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaising with logistics providers to coordinate deliveries.
  • Ensuring a warm welcome for visitors and clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator.
  • A friendly and engaging disposition, with a positive and professional approach to work.
  • Previous experience in data/sales order input, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Excellent working knowledge of office systems and software.
  • Experience working on Reception is highly desirable.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of personal presentation and appearance, with a keen sense of initiative.
