Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced YouTube Growth Strategist to join our team at 7x Content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy for our leading podcasts.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a data-driven YouTube growth strategy to increase engagement and views for our podcasts.
  • Collaborate with our content producers to create high-quality video content that resonates with our audience.
  • Work closely with our video editors to ensure high retention rates and optimize video performance.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve thumbnail click-through rates and video engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our YouTube strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in YouTube growth strategy and content creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
