Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Vistry North East Midlands team, working across our sites in Clay Cross and Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the sales process with customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sales office within the hub. Your primary focus will be on maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results. With a strong understanding of the local market and a keen eye for business development opportunities, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and contributing to the company's success.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous bonus scheme, pension contributions, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
