Job Opportunity: Referral Engagement Manager

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building national referrer engagement capabilities, generating leads, building relationships, and exceeding revenue forecast targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement processes to drive efficiencies, set objectives, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national referrer engagement strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including referrers, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Desired experience in ophthalmology, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding revenue forecasts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions
