About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Referral Engagement Manager to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our ophthalmology team, you will be responsible for managing and building national referrer engagement capabilities, generating leads, and exceeding revenue forecast targets. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, align project objectives with company goals, and ensure the successful completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiencies and improve performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with national referrers and clients
  • Generate leads and exceed revenue forecast targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to align project objectives with company goals
  • Ensure the successful completion of projects and meet client expectations


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Desired experience in ophthalmology
  • Commercial sales experience and ability to sell a service
  • Strategic thinker with ability to track success
