About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a private healthcare provider who has recently undergone expansion. Your primary focus will be on implementing processes to drive efficiencies, objective setting, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for understanding the client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national referrer engagement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including referrers and clients
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Desirable experience in ophthalmology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell a service
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
