About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute communication and engagement strategies that drive employee satisfaction and retention within our Contact Centre Operation.

This role will involve working closely with the Contact Centre Leadership Team to deliver initiatives that improve the employee experience, including managing key Contact Centre initiatives such as ship visits and familiarisation trips, and planning CCO-wide events and updates.

You will be responsible for the onboarding process for new advisors and gathering insight from employees who leave the business through exit interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to support Contact Centre key objectives and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide insight and hold the wider management team to account on actions and initiatives that deliver an improved employee experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the CUK internal communication team to ensure CCO is included in company-wide activities and aligned with any Contact Centre-specific initiatives.
  • Explore different methods of communicating messages to the CCO, such as videos, podcasts, and newsletters, and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
About You

We're looking for someone with excellent writing and verbal communication skills, who can put complex messages into clear and engaging language.

You'll also need to have an eye for detail, be creative, and have leadership experience.
