About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Communication and Engagement Manager, responsible for driving employee satisfaction and retention within our Contact Centre Operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to improve employee experience and retention
  • Collaborate with the Contact Centre Leadership Team to deliver initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction
  • Manage key Contact Centre initiatives, including Ship Visit and Familiarisation trips, and CCO-wide events and updates
  • Onboard new advisors and gather insights from employees who leave the business through exit interviews
  • Provide insights and hold the wider management team accountable for actions and initiatives that deliver an improved employee experience
Requirements
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail and ability to proofread with high-quality standards
  • Creative and innovative approach to engaging employees and sharing news
