Job Title: Stock Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Supervisor to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our Stock Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and ensuring the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve stock targets and cover in the warehouse.
  • Manage the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team to ensure stock availability at overseas factories and timely shipping to required deadlines.
  • Secure competitive transit and shipping rates to achieve optimum margin.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and shipping agents.
  • Act with integrity and professionalism at all times with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience of leading, coaching, and motivating a team with a passion to develop them.
  • Experience of stock management and replenishment systems and processes.
  • Experience of negotiating and building successful relationships with suppliers.
  • Microsoft Excel skills to an intermediate standard.
  • Experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerate, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
