Job Title: Stock Replenishment Supervisor

Topps Tiles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Replenishment Supervisor to join our Stock Team. As a critical interface between suppliers and stores, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 1 direct report and lead by example to drive results and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and shipping agents to secure competitive transit and shipping rates.
  • Ensure stock targets and cover are maintained in the warehouse, including availability at overseas factories ready to ship to required deadlines.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with experience of using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
  • Attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data at SKU level to inform buying patterns and forecasting.
  • Experience of NAV/Dynamics would be an advantage.
