Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Replenishment Supervisor to join our CTD Stock Team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and ensuring the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve stock targets and cover in the warehouse.
  • Manage the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team, ensuring availability of stock at overseas factories and timely shipping to required deadlines.
  • Secure competitive transit and shipping rates to achieve optimum margin.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and shipping agents.
  • Act with integrity and professionalism at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring the most efficient stock availability to areas CTD service.
  • Oversee shipping to ensure efficient replenishment and effective cost control within the department.
  • Manage surplus accounts and invoices, ensuring accurate processing and credit management.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and Buying departments on new product launches and promotional stock management.
  • Provide weekly reporting and analyze data at SKU level to ensure smooth buying patterns and forecasting for promotional buying.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain environment, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerate, and analytical skills, with experience of stock management and replenishment systems.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience of negotiating and building successful relationships with suppliers.
  • Microsoft Excel skills to an intermediate standard, with experience of using data analysis tools.
  • Experience of NAV/Dynamics would be an advantage.
