Stock Replenishment Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Replenishment Supervisor to join our CTD Stock Team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and ensuring the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate direct reports to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stock Management: Ensure stock targets and cover are maintained in the warehouse, including availability at overseas factories ready to ship to required deadlines.
- Supply Chain Management: Secure the most competitive transit and shipping rates to achieve optimum margin.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through a consistently professional approach.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement in stock management and supply chain processes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and shipping agents.
- Cost Control: Ensure effective cost control within the department, including management of all outstanding credits from suppliers for faulty goods, shortages, and customer complaints.
- Reporting: Manage and provide weekly reporting on stock levels, stock disposal, and other key metrics.
- Leadership Experience: Experience of leading, coaching, and motivating a team with a passion to develop them.
- Stock Management Experience: Experience of stock management and replenishment systems and processes.
- Supply Chain Experience: Experience of negotiating and building successful relationships with suppliers.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel skills to an intermediate standard and experience of using NAV/Dynamics would be an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, numerate, and analytical with excellent planning and organization skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective time management and prioritization skills.
