Stock Replenishment Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Replenishment Supervisor to join our CTD Stock Team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and ensuring the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate direct reports to achieve stock targets and cover.
  • Manage the efficient running of the CTD Stock Replenishment Team to ensure stock availability at overseas factories.
  • Secure the most competitive transit and shipping rates to achieve optimum margin.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and shipping agents.
  • Act with integrity and professionalism at all times with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading, coaching and motivating a team with a passion to develop them.
  • Experience of stock management / replenishment systems and processes.
  • Experience of negotiating and building successful relationships with suppliers.
  • Microsoft Excel skills to an intermediate standard.
  • Experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain environment.
