Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to customers via phone, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their health and wellbeing.
  • Take ownership of call and case referrals, managing escalations and complaints, and making decisions in the absence of a manager.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in A&E, Triage, or Tele-med health services.
  • Strong clinical skills, including risk management and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to navigate complex medical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
