We are seeking a skilled Healthline Nurse Advisor to join our team at Bupa. As a Healthline Nurse Advisor, you will provide clinical support and guidance to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and guidance to customers via phone, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their health and wellbeing.
- Take ownership of call and case referrals, managing escalations and complaints, and making decisions in the absence of a manager.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in A&E, Triage, or Tele-med health services.
- Strong clinical skills, including risk management and assessment.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to navigate complex medical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
