Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to customers via phone, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their health and treatment options.
  • Take responsibility for managing call and case referrals, making decisions in the absence of a manager, and escalating complex cases to senior colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Bupa's values and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in A&E, Triage, or Tele-med health services.
  • Strong clinical skills, including risk management and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to navigate complex medical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
