Job Title: Primary Care Booking Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Primary Care Booking Advisor to join our health services team. As a Primary Care Booking Advisor, you will be responsible for booking new and repeat customers to our online consultation platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership of any queries and ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to answer their queries and assist with making their booking.
  • Take incoming customer calls, answer their queries, and assist with making bookings.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business and the centres.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to customers.
  • Respond to emails and resolve queries, taking ownership until resolved.
  • Action changes to client records, ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance within quality spectrum.
  • Work in line with Bupa values and conduct.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and listening skills.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages such as Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to remain positive and calm while projecting a 'can-do' attitude within the team/department.
