Job Title: Health Clinics Booking Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Health Clinics Booking Advisor. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming customer calls and respond to emails to discuss our range of primary care and MSK products
  • Complete bookings and generate revenue to hit monthly targets
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer records and ensure all systems are accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales environment with strong customer-focused skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales team and meet individual and team targets
  • Experience speaking with customers over the phone or via email
  • Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurized environment
