About the Role

We are currently looking for a Partnership and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at PRS Recruitment Group Ltd T/A Refuel Talent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships to enhance non-fuel revenue streams and ownership of Alliance strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with Large Convenience Players and individual store supply ties.
  2. Manage relationships with existing partners to optimize mutual benefits and foster long-term collaborative success.
  3. Lead negotiations and oversee partnership agreements and contracts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances in the energy or retail sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the retail fuel industry and its trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
