Job Overview

Laing O'Rourke is a leading international engineering and construction company delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure and buildings projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with internal and external clients, awarding bodies, and stakeholders to coordinate training and certification services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Provide administrative support to the operations team, as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.
  • Fully clean driving license.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, IT systems, and other software applications.
