About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating training and certification services for our construction projects. This will involve liaising with internal and external clients, awarding bodies, and stakeholders, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and suppliers.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate training and certification services for our construction projects.
  2. Liaise with internal and external clients, awarding bodies, and stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.
  • Fully clean driving license.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, IT systems, and other software applications.
