Construction Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Delivery Specialist to join our team at ADVANCE TRS.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of construction projects, co-ordinating activities across disciplines, and ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in construction project delivery and management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.

The salary range for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
