The Role

This position reports to the Head of People & Culture, UK&I, managing day-to-day administrative operations, including payroll, benefits data, learning and development administration, and supporting HR transformation projects within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and high performance by leading, motivating, and developing a team of administrators. Set and track performance goals, provide regular feedback, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs.
  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including data protection and confidentiality.
  3. General Administration: Assist with higher-level tasks and support as needed, ensuring a hands-on approach.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  2. Knowledge of data protection and compliance practices.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. The estimated salary range is based on the role's responsibilities, industry standards, and location.
