Job Description

This Administration Assistant - Academic Support role involves providing critical administrative support to an education body based in Edinburgh City Centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling inquiries, responding to calls and emails, and taking messages as needed.
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and stocking stationery.
  • Booking travel arrangements and making logistical preparations.
  • Coordinating student registrations.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, laminating, filing, typing, franking etc.).
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working in educational administration, although not essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic IT skills.
