Scrum Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a Scrum Administrator Assistant to join our team at Hunter Selection in North Bristol. As a Scrum Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting agile teams and ensuring smooth, effective sprint cycles. Your responsibilities will include assisting in organising and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, working closely with more senior members of the team.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning and growing in the agile field. You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational and documentation experience, and a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Some experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience with software development teams are required. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing sprint ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Working closely with development teams and key stakeholders
- Ensuring risks are communicated and addressed
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring backlogs are maintained and prioritised
