About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Psychology Graduate to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in a well-resourced school in the Borough of Camden. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to provide tailored support to students with varying levels of need.

Job Description

\
  1. Provide SEN support to pupils with Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, and SEMH.
  2. Work closely with teachers and the SENDCO to monitor pupil progress.
  3. Conduct group and 1:1 intervention sessions to promote learning and development.
  4. Liaise with school therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
  5. Promote a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

  • Desirable experience in childcare or supporting children with SEN.
  • Must be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic, and adaptable.
  • Hardworking and driven individual who will exceed expectations.
  • Ideal experience in supporting children (4-18) with SEN - Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L.

The salary for this role is estimated at £105-£110 per day, offering a competitive rate for a full-time position.
