Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs: We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a valued member of our support staff, you will be working 1:1 with identified pupils in the Early Years setting, providing bespoke support to children with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and possess knowledge of the Early Years curriculum. You will be confident and calm when managing difficult situations, adapting your approach according to the needs of each child.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored support to pupils with SEN
  • Supervising and engaging children in learning activities
  • Working closely with teachers to identify areas for support
